Protecting a Cassette
✤ When you have recorded something that you wish
to keep, you can protect from being accidentally
erased.
a. Protecting a Cassette:
Push the Write Protect Tab on the cassette so that
the hole is uncovered.
b. Removing Cassette Protection:
If you no longer wish to keep the recording on the
cassette, push the Write Protect Tab back so that it
covers the hole.
Notes
✤ Avoid places with magnets or magnetic interference for cassette
tape storage. Electromagnetic fields may affect the recordings.
✤ Avoid humid and dew prone places.
✤ Keep the cassette in an upright position and avoid storing it in
direct sunlight.
✤ Avoid dropping your cassette tapes.

✤ Evitez de laisser la cassette à proximité d'aimants ou dans un
environnement soumis à des perturbations magnétiques. Les
champs électromagnétiques peuvent altérer les enregistrements.
✤ Evitez les endroits humides ou sujets à la condensation.
✤ Conservez la cassette en position verticale et ne la stockez pas
dans un endroit exposé à la lumière directe du soleil.
✤ Ne laissez pas chuter vos cassettes.

protégez de tout effacement accidentel.
Poussez le volet de protection en écriture de la
cassette afin de dégager l'ouverture sous-jacente.
Lorsque vous ne voulez plus conserver un
enregistrement, repoussez le volet de protection
en écriture de la cassette afin d'obturer l'ouverture.
