Connecting a playback device

You can connect a wide variety of playback devices to this device, for
example MP3 or CD players. Please refer to the operating instructions of
the respective device. Switch off all devices before connecting them.
NOTE
When playing back music via the AUX connections, the
control are inactive. Use the Play/Pause and skip functions on the
external playback device that you have connected.
Before starting playback, set a moderate volume. When you reach
the maximum volume, you will hear a signal and the volume can no
longer be increased.
Connecting a playback device using a 3.5 mm jack cable
Connect the line-out connector of the external device (e.g. headphone socket)
via a 3.5 mm jack cable to the AUX 1 socket
To switch on the device, press the
