Device response 1F, 2F says that the fader gain is fully up. Byte 31 indicates that the
fader is at the top position and byte 44 says that no valid AES bit stream data is
present at the card inputs. Byte 58 and 60 form together to report the output level
gain of 0db (unity gain).
Note: This is the status of the 4407 card after a reset command, on power-up and
when the comms reset button is pushed.
