Precautions
for
the
(supplied) and Rechargeable Ni-Cd Batteries
(sold separately)
• Always
use this
rechargeable Ni-Cd batteries.
• Insert the batteries correctly by following the
pole indicators (for the plus + and minus -
poles).
• Do not throw the batteries into fire, disassemble,
treat (soldering, etc.), heat, or apply excessive
pressure (driving a nail, etc.) to the batteries.
• Do not bring the batteries in contact with other
metals (wiring, necklaces, etc.). When carrying
or storing the batteries, insert them into the
battery case to prevent contact with metal
objects.
• In the event that fluid leaks from the batteries,
wash thoroughly with water if any fluid gets on
the hands or clothes.

without rubbing and then consult a physician.
• The rechargeable Ni-Cd batteries are not
charged before shipping. Be sure to fully charge

temperature between 5°C-40°C.
• To maximize the operation period of the
rechargeable Ni-Cd batteries, before charging it
is recommended that you use up the power in
the batteries until the camera can no longer
record or playback.
• Recharging Ni-Cd batteries which have already
been charged may shorten the life of the
batteries.
• An
extremely
short
