Diagnostic Functions

Diagnostics menu contains several functions for troubleshooting

Printhead

The function Printhead provides an overview of important status information concerning the printhead on the display of the
printer.
 Start menu.
 Select Diagnostics > Printhead.
 Return with Close.
The following parameters are displayed:
Line Meaning
1 Serial number of the printhead
2 Part number of the printhead
3 Firmware revision of the printhead
4 Temperature of the printhead
5 Resolution of the printhead
6 Print width / Number of dots
7 Operative time/Number of printed labels
with the current printhead
8 Previously printed paper lengths with thermal direct printing / thermal
transfer printing
9 Previously printed paper length with heat level < 0
10 Previously printed paper length with heat level 0 - 7
11 Previously printed paper length with heat level 8 - 14
12 Previously printed paper length with heat level > 14
13 Resistance of the printhead
