a. Two or more late payments in a 12-month period.
b. Incurring charges greater than your required deposit or billing limit (even if we haven't yet billed the charges) if you
are unwilling to increase your deposit with us.
c. Incurring charges materially in excess of your monthly access charge (even if we haven't yet billed the charges).
d. Harassing our employees or agents.
