  • Page 4 Soft-keys are buttons which don’t have a fixed purpose. Depending on what you are doing on the phone, the soft-keys will do different things. For example, when your phone is in ready status, the left hand soft-key displays New Call, the Middle key displays Forward and the third key displays DND.
