User Account Access Levels

The following table outlines which functions each user account is able to access in
EcoView Web.

1. Any user can create new site activations, regardless of other permissions.
2. Distributor Reseller – Can only see Owners/Owner Admin/User/RO Users that they
have created or that have been assigned by a Distributor Admin.
3. Distributor User/RO User - By default, can see all Owners, but a Distributor Admin
is able to restrict Owners that are accessible to this user.
4. Distributor Reseller – Can only create other Distributor Resellers with their same
access.

Editing User Accounts

NOTE:
This feature is only accessible to users with Administrator privileges.
1. Click Admin.
2. Click Logins.
3. Click a user name in the list to display the account settings and select it for editing.
4. Modify the information as needed.
5. If the user account is no longer active, uncheck the User Enabled box.
6. Click the Save button.
