Repair and Disposal

Notice!
Within the European Union, batteries must not be disposed of in household or commercial
waste, but exclusively at collecting points set up for this purpose. More information about
disposal can be found on the website http://www.boschsecurity.com/standards.
In the event of a defect, the entire unit is exchanged.
Dispose of unusable devices in line with the statutory regulations.

Replace the batteries.
After inserting the new batteries, the green LED on the PC board in the base flashes
briefly.
Insert the detector back in the base, replace the screws and close everything.
