Enables close-up shots when using the telephoto (T) end of the zoom.

Enables recording with 1 to 10x optical zoom and 11 to 18x dynamic zoom when the image stabilizer is turned off.
Enables recording with 1 to 10x optical zoom and 11 to 17x dynamic zoom when the image stabilizer is in the normal mode.
