    Inspection on Installation Environment ZXG10-BS30 (V1.5) can be used both in outdoor and indoor environment. Internal structure is completely closed to resist against rain and fog. ZXG10-BS30 (V1.5) can work normally under -40 C to +50 It is installed either on wall or supportive pole.

    ZXG10-BS30 (V1.5) Compact Outdoor BTS Hardware Installation Manual Equipment room should have lighting systems which includes daily lighting, standby lighting and emergency lighting for maintenance purpose. Floor, walls, ceiling, reserved holes and troughs should be constructed as per requirements. Pipes for water supply, drainage and gas should not be inside the equipment room.

    Chapter 3 - Installation Preparations Grounding and Lightning Protection Requirements ZXG10-BS30 (V1.5) is an outdoor Base Transceiver Station with proper lightning protection. To prevent the equipment from lightning, lightning arrester ground and cabinet protection ground should be connected separately to improve the performance of the equipment.

    During unpacking total number of goods delivered should be checked against ZTE Corporation Checklist before installation. Once ZTE engineer arrives at the installation site they should count and check the delivered goods together with the user. Unpacking and Accepting Report should be prepared after completing the unpacking and inspection process.

RFU ZXG10-BS30 (V1.5) supports multi transmission modes such as SDH, HDSL, microwave satellite. transmission equipment can be implemented by configuring STM. ZXSM T150 compact synchronous digital transmission equipment (T150) is used as STM which provides 155 Mbits/s SDH interface for diversified BS transmission interfaces.

Lightning Protection Box Grounding Lightning protection for ZXG10-BS30 (V1.5) includes Grade C Lightning protection box and Grade D power lightning protection.     Internal Cables Installation This chapter describes the connection between backplane interfaces and internal RF and signal cables installation. Internal cables for ZXG10-BS30 (V1.5) should be changed depending upon the site configurations based on the instructions given in this chapter. Backplane Interfaces DBCU transfers the signals between internal modules, cabinets and between cabinet and BSC.
