If Windows Security Alert does not appear and no camera is discovered:

Go to Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Allow a program
or feature through Windows Firewall, and then click Allow another program.
In the Add a Program dialog box, click Browse.
Navigate to the location of the IPCTool.exe file, select it, and then click Open. IPC Tool is
added to the list of programs in the Add a Program dialog box.
