Tool Disassembly
WARNING: Always unload a powder actuated tool before disassembling,
replacing barrel, cleaning, or assembling.
A. REMOVING BARREL ASSEMBLY
1.
Using screwdriver, lift end of annular spring and rotate spring until key stop is
uncovered (see Figure 1).

Push key stop towards rear of tool and remove (see Figure 2).
3.
Firmly grip and pull barrel assembly from the outer liner assembly.
4.
Unscrew muzzle cap.
5.
Pull plastic buffer out of muzzle cap (see Figure 3).

6.
Pull piston assembly, using moderate force, from barrel (see Figure 4).
