Procedure to use an HA20 PX electrically (off its Batteries)

1 comments:
Mr. Anderson
May 12, 2025

To operate a Haulotte Group HA 20PX using its batteries:

1. Ensure the machine is in the transport position (boom lowered, counterweight at the front).
2. Turn off the generator:
- Unplug the tool from the socket.
- Set the button above the socket to the OFF position.
- Confirm the green light indicator turns off.
3. This reactivates machine movements powered by the batteries.
4. Make initial maneuvers on the ground to get used to the controls.
5. From the ground control panel:
- Ensure the emergency stop button is pulled out.
- Start the motor following standard startup procedures.

The main operating station is on the platform, but ground controls can be used for initial setup.
