Remember to account for the time zone of your Monarch device when
setting the event time. The time zone of the Kaltura event cannot be changed.
Select the resources (i.e. Monarchs) you want your event to apply to.

Clear the option Copy details from event to recording to display further

options.
Click Save .

Again clear the option Copy details from event to recording .

From the Co-Editors and Co-Publishers section, select Published .

Select your desired option from the list.

Click Save and Exit .

Your event will be now be listed in My Schedule .
Open the Monarch Command Center, and go to Device > Scheduler .

From the Load Schedule drop-down list, select From Kaltura .

If the From Kaltura option is not shown, it means your Monarch is not
linked to the Kaltura service. For more information, see
Monarch to Kaltura"
Click Pull to get the events from Kaltura.

(Optional) If you want to periodically check for schedule updates, enter how

often in minutes you want Monarch to fetch new calendar changes.
If it is not already enabled, enable Scheduler mode

Your Kaltura events are now enabled for the Monarch Scheduler.

Exporting and importing Kaltura settings

When you perform a factory reset of your Monarch device, the Kaltura
configuration settings are not maintained. By exporting the settings to an XML
file, you will then be able to import them by using the Automatic Configuration
feature.
