° To disconnect Monarch from Kaltura:
Click Remove .

Enter the name of the Monarch and then confirm the delete operation.

Removing the Monarch this way will delete the Kaltura resource. If you still
want to unlink the Monarch but preserve the Kaltura resource, you can
change the Monarch device name instead of removing it.
You can also remove the Kaltura tab from the Command center. Type the

following into your web browser: http://<Monarch IP address>/Reset
¦ Note The "Reset" is case-sensitive. It must be a capital "R".

The Monarch has been disconnected from the Kaltura resource, and the Kaltura
tab no longer appears in the Command Center.
Please note the following:
• Any loaded Kaltura calendars are now disabled.
• If you were periodically pulling new calendar changes from Kaltura, that is
now disabled.
• If you add the same Monarch device to Kaltura again (see
Monarch to Kaltura"
It will not relink to the same Kaltura resource as before, and you will have to
re-create your events.
Creating Kaltura events for use in Monarch
Scheduler
After you have established the link between your Monarch device and Kaltura,
you can create events in Kaltura MediaSpace, and have the Monarch Scheduler
import those events into the calendar.
¦ Note The Kaltura MediaSpace instructions provided in the steps below were
current at the time that this document was written. If you find any discrepancies
between these instructions and the Kaltura user interface you are currently using,
refer to Kaltura's documentation for more information.
° To create a event in Kaltura MediaSpace:
Open Kaltura Media Space and log in with your Kaltura credentials.

Go to My Schedule .

Click Create Event .

The event name can be anything you want, but it will be truncated when
viewed in the Monarch Scheduler.
Set the time for your event.
