Problem

Maintenance and Service

Maintenance
 Stop, remove plug from the power supply and discon-
nect from water supply.
Note: To ensure long and reliable service, carry out the follow-
ing maintenance regularly.
Regularly check for obvious defects such as loose fixings, and
worn or damaged components.

Deposits or restriction in detergent cir-
cuit
Check that covers and guards are undamaged and correctly
fitted. Carry out necessary maintenance or repairs before us-
ing.
Pump and motor of this productis is made of durable materi-
als. Nevertheless oil is aging and seals, valves, O-rings, noz-
zles and hose are subject to natural wear and tear. It is recom-
mended, to bring the machine to an authorized Bosch Service
Centre for an oil change and service check every 200 hrs of
operating time.

Corrective Action
Change to a mains supply higher than the
pressure washer amp consumption
Clean nozzle
Check that the voltage of the mains pow-
er supply line is the same as that on the
plate.

Allow pressure washer to run with open
spray handle and nozzle at low pressure
until regular working pressure is obtained
Check that the water supply corresponds
to specifications. The minimum specifica-
tion for the water supply hose is 1/2" or
13 mm diameter
Clean water filter
Straighten out kinked water supply hoses
Remove high pressure extension hose.
Retry (extension hose max. 7 m)
Change the nozzle
Activate trigger five times in quick suc-
cession
Connect water supply
Clean the water filter
Clean nozzle
Contact your Bosch Service Centre
A slight water leak is permissible; in case
of excessive leak, contact Service centre.
Set nozzle on "Lo" setting
Dilute with water
Flush with clean water and eliminate any
restrictions. If the problem persists, con-
tact your Bosch Service Centre.
