OPERATING PROBLEMS.

REMEDIES
The gate neither opens nor closes. The
motor does not work and there is
consequently no noise or vibration.
1. Check that the electronic control unit is
regularly powered.
2. Check the fuses.
3. Check that the start-up capacitor of the
electronic equipment are efficient and firmly
attached to the main board of the printer
circuit. To check this, connect a mibile
capacitor, similar to the one supplied with the
motor, in parallel to the gearmotor phase
wires. If the gearmotor does not start, check
the electronic equipment.
4. Using suitable diagnostic instruments, check
that the electronic unit is in proper working
order.
5. Make sure that the gearmotor is powered.
The gate does not open. The motor works
but there is no movement.
1. Make sure that the electronic unit torque limit
control is correctly adjusted.
2. Check that the toothed pinion is in mesh with
the rack.
3. Check that the gearmotor is not in the
"manual" position (released).
Check that the gearmotor is not locked in
place by one or more mechanical stops. If it is,
release the motor manually and move the gate
by hand to free it. Finally correct the position of
the stop clamps and reset automatic
operation.

BEHEBUNG
Das Tor öffnet und schließt sich nicht.
Der Motor funktioniert nicht und es ist daher
keinerlei Geräusch oder Vibration
wahrnehmbar.
1. Überprüfen, daß die elektronische
Steuereinheit ordnungsgemäß unter
Spannung steht.
2. Die Leistungsfähigkeit der Sicherungen
überprüfen.
3. Übertprüfen, daß keine Defekte der
mechanischen Trimmung des Tors bestehen
(z.B. Antriebe zwischen den Endteilen der
Torflügeln und demAnschlag am Boden).
4. M i t H i l f e d e r e n t s p r e c h e n d e n
Diagnoseinstrumente überprüfen, daß die
Funktionen der elektronischen Steuereinheit
einwandfrei sind.
5. Sicherstellen, daß der Getriebemotor unter
Spannung steht.
Das Tor öffnet sich nicht. Der Motor
funktioniert, es erfolgt jedoch keinerlei
Bewegung.
1. S i c h e r s t e l l e n ,
Drehmomentbegrenzer der elektronischen
Steuereinheit korrekt reguliert wurde.
2. Überfrüfen, daß der gezahnte Kolben in die
Zahnstange greift.
3. Kontrollieren, daß sich der Getriebemotor in
der "manuellen" Stellung (deblockiert)
befindet.
Kontrollieren, daß der Getriebemotor nicht
von einer der beiden mechanischen
Verriegelungen blockiert ist. In diesem Fall
den Motor manuell deblokieren und das Tor
per Hand betätigen und aus dieser anomalen
Position befreien. Danach die Bügel der
Endschalter korrekt positionieren und den
Automatikbetrieb wiederherstellen.

Het hak gaat open en niet dicht. De motor
functioneert niet en u neemt dan ook geen
enkel geluid of trilling waar.
1. C o n t r o l e e r o f d e e l e k t r o n i s c h e
besturingseenheid op correcte wijze stroom
toegevoerd krijgt.
2. Controleer of de zekeringen efficiënt zijn.
3. Controleer of de opstart-condensatoren van
de elektronische apparatuue goed vastzitten
aan de onderkant van de printplaat en of zij
doeltreffend zijn. Om dit te kunnen controleren
moet u een losse condensator aansluiten die
vergelijkbaar is met de condensator die bij de
motor geleverd wordt, die parallel op de fases
van de motorreductoren
worden. Als de
werking treedt moet u de elektronische
apparatuur controleren.
4. Controleer met behulp van geschikte
diagnose-apparatuur of de elektronische
besturingseenheid goed functioneert.
5. Controleer of de motorreductieaandrijving
stroom toegevoerd krijgt.
Het hek gaat niet open. Den motor

1. Controleer of de koppelbegrenzer van de
elektronische besturingseenheid goed
afgesteld is.
2. Controleer of het tandwiel goed in de
tandheugel ingrijpt.
3. Ga na de motorreductieaandrijving niet op de
"handbedieningsstand" staat (ontgrendeld is).
Ga na dat de motorreductieaandrijving niet
geblokkeerd is door één van de mechanische
aanslagen. In dat geval moet u de motor met
de hand deblokkeren en het hek met de hand
in werking stellen en uit deze abnormale stand
bevrijden. Zet de beugels van de aanslagen
daarna in de goede stand en herstel de
automatische werking.
