    ¢ Use only rechargeable batteries ( page 42) recommended by Gigaset Communications GmbH, as this could otherwise result in significant health risks and personal injury. For example, the outer casing of the batteries could be destroyed or the batteries could explode.

The handset must only be placed in the desig- nated E550 base or the corresponding charger. • The handset is already registered with the base. If you have purchased a model with multiple handsets, all handsets will already be registered with the base.
