1.4.4 Flowrates

Table 7 below includes OIML approved minimum and maximum flowrates for which the system has been shown to
maintain OIML accuracies and repeatabilities.

In general, ultrasonic flowmeters are capable of measuring fluid flow rates from as low as 0.5 ft/s (0.15m/s) to over
30 ft/s (9.1 m/s).
IMPORTANT: Please consult GE for an application assessment if higher or lower flow rates are required for a
particular application.

1.4.5 Allowable Fluids

Allowable fluids include: liquid petroleum and related products, liquid food and chemical products (including water) in
liquid state. With regards to the Pressure Equipment directive, the product is approved for Group 1 liquids.
This product uses Viton
than any non-fluorinated elastomer, providing the best proven fluid resistance of any commercial rubber. They provide
excellent resistance to oils, fuels, lubricants, and most mineral acids.
