(2) Remove the connector of the motor lead.

(3) Remove the front and back cushion rubbers.

CAUTION
Do not mistake the front and back cushion
rubber when assembling.

• When there is no tube in the harness of a motor.
As shown in figure, when attaching new motor,
motor tape(PART NO: ZTAPEU60B200Y) is wound
around harness.

10.How to remove the louver frame
assembly parts
(1) Remove 2 louver frame fixing screws (M4 x 10).

(2) Lightly press the louver frame from inside of the
case rear side and lift it up.
Lightly press the louver frame and lift it up.
(3) Put a hand in the clearance of the case rear side
and the louver frame and press the louver frame
front side and lift it while tilting to remove.
(Take case that the air outlet guard (metal netting) is
not caught.)
Press the front side of the
louver frame and lift it while tilting.
