C O N D I T I O N
1.Short circuit at terminals 8 and 10

S O L U T I O N
1.Remove the short circuit condition at the
terminals
2.Remove the defective loop detector
3.Sent the board to repair

2. Verify your electrical power

fix the fault
2.Reset the motor
1.Remove the obstruction
2. Turn counter-clock-wise the reverse sensor
pot a bit more and try again
