2 Put the plug in the wall socket.
3 Switch the appliance on by selecting the preferred setting. (fig. 5)
4 When you have finished drying your hair, switch the appliance off.
5 To remove the nozzle from the appliance, press the release
button and pull the nozzle in the direction of the arrow.
Storage
1 Unplug the appliance.
2 Detach the attachment (see 'Preparing for use', section
'Connecting and disconnecting accessories').
3 Do not wind the mains cord round the appliance.
4 Put the appliance in a safe place and let it cool down before
storing.
HP4693 only
You can store the appliance and its attachments in the pouch.
Cleaning
Detach the attachments from the appliance before you clean them.
Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
Never rinse the appliance with water.
The appliance can be cleaned with a small brush or a dry cloth.
The attachments can be cleaned with a moist cloth.
Regularly detach the air inlet grille and clean it with a moist cloth.
