Attaching The Cross Braces
Locate 4 more 45x45 gussets.
NOTE: The centering tabs on these gussets do not
need to be removed.
Locate 8–T-bolts and 8–M8 flange nuts. Then start a
flange nut onto each T-bolt just 1 or 2 turns.

Place a gusset into the corner of a 45x45 and 45 x60
profiles as shown in Figure 7.
Slip prepared T-bolt/flange nut combinations through
each slot in the gusset but do not tighten the flange
nuts yet.
Install gussets at the 3 remaining locations on Figure 7.
Align the 45x45 profile cross braces over the layout
template outlines. Then tighten gusset hardware.
