e • Slide a hex bushing, ring side first, onto the
rear axle.
• Slide a hubcap onto the rear axle.
• Slide a wheel onto the rear axle. Make sure
the ribs on the wheel face up.
• Slide a rear wheel driver, ring side first, onto
the rear axle. Fit the grooves on the rear
wheel driver onto the ribs on the wheel.
• Slide a washer onto the rear wheel axle.
S • Introducir un cojinete hexagonal, lado del
aro primero, en el eje trasero.
• Introducir un tapón en el eje trasero.
• Introducir una rueda en el eje trasero.
Verificar que los refuerzos de la rueda
apunten para arriba.
• Introducir una broca de la rueda en el eje

e • Position the vehicle body upright. Face the
back end of the vehicle body.
Hint: You will need to temporarily hold the
remaining rear wheel driver onto the motor
assembly to properly position the rear axle
assembly into the motor assembly.
• Fit and hold the remaining rear wheel
driver against the motor pins on one end of
the motor assembly, as shown.
• While holding the rear wheel driver in
place, slide the rear axle assembly into the
hole in the opposite side of the motor
assembly. Make sure the rear wheel driver
on the rear axle assembly fits onto the pins
in the motor assembly.
• Slide the rear wheel driver off the end of
the rear axle.
S • Colocar la carrocería en posición vertical.
Pararse viendo hacia el dorso de
la carrocería.
Consejo: Será necesario sujetar
temporalmente la broca restante de la
rueda trasera en la unidad del motor para
colocar correctamente la unidad del eje
trasero en la unidad del motor.
• Introducir y sujetar la broca restante de
rueda trasera en contra de las clavijas del
motor en un extremo de la unidad del
motor, como se muestra.
• Mientras sujeta la broca de la rueda
trasera en posición, deslizar la unidad del
eje trasero en el orificio en el costado
opuesto de la unidad del motor. Verificar
que la broca de la rueda trasera en la
unidad del eje trasero quepa en las clavijas
en la unidad del motor.

extremo del eje trasero.

e • Slide a washer onto the rear axle.
• Slide the rear wheel driver onto the rear
axle. Make sure the rear wheel driver fits
onto the pins in the motor assembly.
• Slide a wheel onto the rear axle. Make sure
the ribs on the wheel fit into the grooves on
the rear wheel driver.
• Slide a hubcap, indented side out, onto the
rear axle.
• Slide a hex bushing, barrel side first, onto
the rear axle. Press all but the ring on the
hex bushing into the wheel.
• Fit a .437 cap nut on the end of the
rear axle.
• Fit the cupped end of the cap nut assembly
tool over the cap nut and tap the end of the
cap nut assembly tool with a hammer to
secure the cap nut on the end of the
rear axle.
S • Introducir una arandela en el eje trasero.
• Introducir la broca de la rueda trasera en el
eje trasero. Verificar que la broca de la
rueda trasera quepa en las clavijas de la
unidad del motor.
• Introducir una rueda en el eje trasero.
Cerciorarse que las salientes de la rueda
quepan en las ranuras en la broca de la
rueda trasera.
• Introducir un tapón, lado irregular para
afuera, en el eje trasero.
• Introducir un cojinete hexagonal, lado de
barril primero, en el eje trasero. Presionar
todo el cojinete hexagonal, con excepción
del aro, en la rueda.
• Encajar una tuerca ciega de 0,437 en el
extremo del eje trasero.
• Encajar el extremo ovalado de la
herramienta de montaje de tuerca ciega
sobre la tuerca ciega, y golpear el extremo
de la herramienta con un martillo para
fijar la tuerca ciega en el extremo del
eje trasero.
