Replacing The Base Cover Assembly - ThinkPad 11e 5th Gen User Manual

To replace a microSD card, do the following:
1. Locate the microSD card slot at the left side of the computer.
2. Push the microSD card inward a little bit until you hear a click
ejects. Gently slide the card out of the card slot
3. Insert the new card into the microSD card slot. The card might stop before it is installed into the card
reader. Ensure that you insert the card firmly until you hear a click.
Note: Ensure that the metal contacts of the card are facing down and pointing toward the computer.

Replacing the base cover assembly

Before you start, read "Important safety information" on page v and print the following instructions.
To replace the base cover assembly, do the following:
1. Disable the built-in battery. See "Disabling the built-in battery" on page 84.
2. Ensure that the computer is turned off and disconnected from ac power and all cables.
3. Close the computer display and turn the computer over.
