Specified Conditions Of Use

The lawnmower is only designed to cut small to medium-sized lawns in private household gardens and allotments. It is
intended solely for private use and not for commercial use. The lawnmower must not be used:
• to trim bushes, hedges and shrubs,
• to cut and break up plants or grass on roofs or in balcony boxes,
• as a chipper to shred tree and hedge cuttings,
• to level out ground unevenness.
Only use the lawnmower as described in these instructions. Any other use is considered improper and can cause
damage to property or even personal injuries. The lawnmower is not a child's toy.
The manufacturer or dealer does not accept liability for any damage caused by improper or incorrect use.
Residual risks
Despite proper use, we cannot guarantee that residual risks that are not obvious will not occur.
Due to the type and design of the lawnmower, the following potential dangers may result:
• Cut injuries due to cutting blades that are not covered,
• Injuries due to stones or earth being ejected,
• Safety impairments due to poor visibility or lighting,
• Damage to health, which results from vibrations if the device is used for an extended period or not operated or
maintained properly.
Chargers are exclusively suitable to charge these replace able battery:

Charging any other battery is not allowed. Single-use batteries must not be charged with the charger.
Do not use this product in any other way as stated for normal use. Not observing general regulations in force and
instructions from this manual does not make the manufacturer liable for damages.
Improper use
All uses of the device which are not stated in the section 'Proper use' are considered improper use.
Residual risks
Even if the tool is used properly, there is always a residual risk that cannot be excluded.
Emergency procedure
Conduct a first-aid procedure adequate to the injury and summon qualified medical attendance as quickly as possible.
Protect the injured person from further harm and calm them down. For the sake of eventual accident, in accordance
with DIN 13164, a workplace has to be fitted with a first-aid kit. It is essential to replace any used material in the first-
aid kit immediately after it has been used. If you seek help, state the following pieces of information:
1. Accident site
2. Accident type
3. Number of injured persons
4. Injury type(s)
