NOTE: For any other malfunctions please contact the
GARDENA service department. Repairs must only be done
by GARDENA service departments or specialist dealers
approved by GARDENA.
Possible Cause
Overcurrent /
undercurrent.
Valve error.
The valve has previously
been manually opened.
Water tap closed.
Faulty wiring.
Power supply unit is not
connected.
Power supply unit is
too hot.
No wireless connection to
the Gateway.
No power supply available. v Check the mains cable.
Faulty wiring.
No wireless connection to
the Gateway.
Remedy
v Check the power
connection.
v Check whether the
valve requires too much
current.
v Avoid any program
overlap.
v Open the water tap.
v Check the cable
terminals.
v Connect the power
supply unit.
v Disconnect the power
supply unit and let it be
cooled down. Connect
the power supply unit
again.
v Protect the power supply
unit from direct sunlight.
v Select another position for
the irrigation control or the
Gateway.
v Check the cable
terminals.
v Check the wireless
connection to the
Gateway.
