About our Product Product description With this LC display type, eyevis presents a special version of its seamless LCD optimised for the use in broadcast applications. Therefore the EYE-LCD-M-USN- LD-BC monitor provides several functions and features which make it the ideal solution for the installation of LCDbased video walls in broadcast environments.
• 1 IR remote control sensor Way of packaging The eyevis display is packed in a carton box. To provide protection during transportation, the EYE-LCD display is surrounded with foam. The packaging is secure with banding and fastening clips. To unpack: Open cardboard box.
Optional wall mounting kit Optionally eyevis provides wall-mounting kits for the displays from the EYE- LCD-M series. These wall-mounting kits consist of wall-mounting brackets that have to be fixed to the backside of the display and an according wall-fixture.
Special ventilation duct Optional display rack eyevis also provides display racks for the displays of the EYE-LCD-M series. These racks are designed to build up freestanding video walls with the stacking frame versions.
When raising a video wall, please use the special cross spacers provided by eyevis. These are highly precise shaped metal pieces which guarantee exact distances between the individual modules of a video wall, these spacers are placed in the T-slot and screwed to every frame.

Duration and validity of warranty The specified product is under warranty for 24 months beginning from the date of delivery by eyevis , valid for the European Union. 12 months applies to products that were purchased outside the European Union. Warranty services during the warranty period do not extend the validity period of the warranty.
The reaction time to claim a right given by this warranty starts with the customer’s announcement of the claim to eyevis. It is calculated in accordance with the standard service hours of the eyevis (Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM local German time, except German bank holidays).
The customer has to pack the defective device properly in the original box, to label it as fragile, and to attach the RMA number visibly on the box. eyevis can provide a new original box on request. The customer is liable for damages caused by the use of improper or unsuitable packaging.
The warranty shall not apply to repairs or service necessitated by normal wear and tear or for lack of reasonable and proper maintenance. As far as the liability of eyevis is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal compensation liability of its staff, employees, associated employees, agents, and auxiliary persons.
