To unpack the device: Before unpacking your device, prepare a stable, level, and clean surface near a wall outlet.     The customer has to pack the defective device properly in the original box, to label it as fragile, and to attach the RMA number visibly on the box. eyevis can provide a new original box on request. The customer is liable for damages caused by the use of improper or unsuitable packaging.
