BEFORE YOU BEGIN!
POT ALIGNMENT
1.
Ten turn pot, which is installed in your tower rotor as a position sensor must be returned
on the beginning.
2.
Turn POT one full turn CW*.
3.
Rotate your tower manually to South CCW* (for Over North rotation). For Over South
rotation rotate your tower manually to North CCW*.
4.
Fix POT in to tower rotor.
5.
Test POT with multi meter, the value on ohm meter should increase
while you turn your tower in CW* direction or to decrease when you
turn your tower CCW*.
LIMITS CALIBRATION
BEFORE YOU ENTER SETUP MODE FOR LIMITS CALIBRATION IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO TEST
YOUR TOWER ROTATION WITH CW AND CCW BUTTONS. WHEN YOU PRESS CW BUTTON YOUR
TOWER SHOULD ROTATE IN CW DIRECTION AND VICE VERSA WITH CCW BUTTON PRESSED.
IF YOUR TOWER IS ROTATE IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION CHANGE CW AND CCW WIRES ON
TERMINALS ON THE BACK SIDE OF ROTOR CONTROLLER!
* CW - clockwise, CCW – contraclockwise
