3.0V 2.7 µA CMOS battery power consumption was measured with an ETX®-LX module on a standard Kontron ETX® evaluation board. The system was turned off and the battery was removed from the evaluation board. The 2.5 V or 3.0 V of power was supplied from a DC power supply. Do not use these values to calculate the CMOS battery lifetime.
Estimated RTC battery life (as opposed to battery failures) is not accounted for in the above figures and need to be considered for separately.
