With the device manager you can down-
load and install software/firmware.
Services Over Air (S.O.A.) enables you
to update the software of your phone.
The phone default setting varies from
service provider to service provider:
• The settings have already been imple-
mented by the service provider. You
can start immediately.
• The access profiles must be config-
ured manually. If necessary, contact
your service provider. You will
also find the current settings for the
service provider on the Internet at
www.BenQMobile.com/

updated. This procedure can
take up to 15 minutes.
During this time all other
applications on your phone
will be locked. Emergency
calls are also not possible.
Afterwards your phone will restart
automatically. Now call up the

again.
