Troubleshooting (FAQ)

Troubleshooting

First, check whether the software update is
required. If it is required, update the software
(nP. 134).
If there is no improvement in problems even after
checking the following items, feel free to contact
the number listed in "Repairs" (in Japanese only)
on the back of this manual or a repair center that
DOCOMO specifies.
Power
The FOMA terminal is not turned on
Is the battery pack attached properly?
Make sure the battery has not run out.
Charging
Cannot charge the battery
Charging lamp does not illuminate or it flashes
Is the battery pack attached properly?
Is the power plug of the adapter
inserted into the outlet or cigarette
lighter socket properly?
Are the adapter and the FOMA terminal
set properly?
When using the AC adapter (sold
separately), is the connector of the
FOMA charger micro USB adapter
SH01 (sold separately) properly
connected to the FOMA terminal and
AC adapter?
