    App installer. In this case, you can use the Portable Huddle Hub App (available in the download area of the HRT website), that can be executed directly from an external storage device such as a USB dongle. The Portable Huddle Hub App has all the features of the standard Huddle Hub App, but it doesn’t support Multicam feed feature, because it requires the installation of a virtual driver, which is necessary to direct the Multicam feed to the videoconference software as if it was a webcam.

    4.1 Roles in a session During a Huddle Hub session, we identify the following roles: • Participant (Desktop and Mobile Apps): anyone who is connected to the session. • Presenter (Desktop Apps Only): the participant who is currently sending his/her screen to the other participants.

    4.3.1 Disabling the Passcode protection Passcode protection is active by default, but can be disabled (see the Configuration Guide).     4.4.4 Discovering and selecting the Huddle Hub unit to connect to Automatic Discovery If HHO and your device have been properly configured, at its start HHApp will show the list of the available Huddle Hub units. This list is compiled and submitted to you through a network discovery service. When the service is enabled (and allowed by local network configurations), HHApp can automatically search for HHO units on the network.

    4.5 Welcome screen (HHO+ only) In case your HHO+ is connected to a display through its TV port, in the welcome screen shown on the display itself you will find instructions about downloading the Huddle Hub App and about configuring the session.

    When the session on a HHO unit reaches the maximum number of participants (6), that unit will be removed from the list. Warning: If your HHO has been properly configured, but does not appear on the list, please use the Discovery by IP function described below.

    Huddle Hub One+ with connected TV HHO+ only: Huddle Hub One+ with connected TV if your session is hosted by a Huddle Hub One+ unit, which is also connected to a display through its TV port, the Presenter window will not open automatically, but if you want to follow the presentation on your device also you have to open it using the Open presenter window menu item.

When this happens, the previous Presenter returns to the role of Viewer, and his computer opens the Presenter window that shows the new Presenter’s screen.

    At any time, one of the participants can manually start the capture of his webcam with the Start my camera command and determine the inclusion of his stream in the multicam feed. 5.5.2 Starting the videoconference Now the Presenter can start his favorite videoconference software, and select the video source corresponding to the Huddle Hub virtual driver.
