NOTE: Depending on (a) how the incoming caller's phone number is
formatted when it is received, and (b) whether or not you previously
pre-programmed your local code into the set up menu, you may
need to adjust the format of the incoming caller's stored phone number
before making the call, press the format button to adjust the
number, and try again.
Available formats include:
Number of digits Explanation
long distance code "1"
Eleven digits
+3-digit area code
+7-digit telephone number.
3-digit area code +
Ten digits
7-digit telephone number.
7-digit telephone number.
Seven digits

5. Customizing your Phone

To delete more records, follow steps 2 to 5.
Deleting All Caller Display records:
Press DOWN/CID button.
Press soft button
Details,Option
is highlighted
SAVE TO PB
Press DOWN button until DEL ALL
Press soft button to confirm the deletion.
OK
Press DOWN/CID button.
Press UP or DOWN button to find the Caller Display
record you wish to call.
Press PHONE or SPEAKERPHONE button.
