Automatic Upgrades

Firmware upgrades are delivered automatically to your Mantaray by the Furnace server to
which it is connected.
When a Mantaray is configured to point to a Furnace server, it will poll the server at
intervals of 60 seconds to check for firmware/application updates. If there is a new firm-
ware/application available, the Furnace server will download the files to the Mantaray.
Once all necessary files have been downloaded, the Mantaray will reboot and the firmware
update process will take place:
To determine if an update was successful, open the STB Settings application and verify the
Firmware/Software version numbers on the Information page.
The upgrade preserves all your previous configuration.
