You can supplement the wash pro-
grams with extra options.
Selecting extra options
Extra options are selected or dese-
lected using the sensor buttons in the
control field. Additional extra options
can be selected on the display using
the Extras sensor button.
 Touch the sensor button for the extra
option you want.
The relevant button will light up brightly.
Not all the extra options can be used
with every program.
An extra option that is not permitted for
the wash program is not lit dimly and
cannot be activated by touch.
SoftSteam
In order to reduce creasing, the laundry
undergoes a smoothing process at the
end of the program. Reducing the maxi-
mum load by 50% will give a better re-
sult.

Small loads give a better result.
With SoftSteam
 Half load
 Small load
 Very small load
The garments must be suitable for dry-
ing in a tumble dryer   and suitable
for ironing  .

Pre-wash

For laundry with large amounts of dirt,
e.g., dust and sand.
Pre-wash cannot be combined with
the use of chlorine bleach.
The chlorine bleach is added too
early.
Only liquid detergent may be added
to the  chamber of the deter-
gent dispenser drawer.
Powder detergent clogs up the
 chamber and water can es-
cape from the detergent dispenser
drawer.

Buzzer

A buzzer sounds at the end of the pro-
gram. The buzzer sounds until the
washing machine is switched off. The
volume of the buzzer can be changed,
see "Settings – Buzzer".
