Non-return valve - Remove (J.80.C.17 - F.10.A.10)

435, 445, 445CT

1. Loosen and remove the mounting bolts from the
lower step plate (not shown). Remove the step plate
from the Coupler frame.

2. Wire harness
2. Connect a vacuum pump to the hydraulic
reservoir.CAS1871
3. Reservoir - Apply vacuum (A.10.A.22 - F.35.A.50)
Start the vacuum pump.
4. Tag and disconnect all of the hydraulic hose
connections (3) on the Double Check Valve (1).
Place caps on the fittings and plugs in the hoses.
5. Stop the vacuum pump.
6. Loosen and remove the mounting bolts (5) from the
Double Check Valve (1).
7. Remove the Double Check Valve (1) from the
Coupler frame mounting location.
