1. Press the Directory
2. Press the up or down soft key, or use the Scroll Button

To turn off auto-complete numbers:
1. Press the Settings
2. Use the Scroll Button
3. Use the Scroll Button
4. Press the No soft key, then press the Save soft key
5. Press the Settings button to return to the main phone screen
