On the second sub-menu page it can be selected whether the text
underneath should be used in each file name for an individual order
subsequent measurements.
Entry of the text is described below (see Chapter 4.6.5.1).
The factory preset for the structure of the file name assignment is displayed in the file name definition
field.

The text SC3_ is free and can be changed at any time.
The current system time and date are already included in the current file name definition and should
not be changed.
Attention: No special characters or umlauts should be used for the file names.
If the box in front of the field "Use order number shortcut" is activated by pressing the <OK> button,
this input can be activated directly after each measurement performed by pressing the <OK> button
without detours.
This input window for editing this document specification then appears on the display immediately each
time.
With this "shortcut," the user has the capability of quickly reaching and changing the existing entry for
entering different order numbers or changed remarks each time.
The updated information is then accepted effective immediately for all subsequent measurements by
pressing the <OK> button again.
Attention: No special characters or umlauts should be used for the order number text if this text is also
to be used in the file name.
By pressing the <OK> button, the
last report page with the order
and remarks information are shown on the display monitor.
If in the settings for the output parameters in the menu the print-out of the order number was not
deactivated, this information is also specified in the report print-out (see Chapter 4.6.3.4 ff).
