TROUBLESHOOTING
Incorrect operations are often mistaken for trouble and malfunctions. If you think that there is something wrong with this component, check
the points below. Sometimes the trouble may lie in another component. Investigate the other components and electrical appliances being
used.
If the trouble cannot be rectified even after exercising the checks listed below, ask your nearest PIONEER authorized service center or your
dealer to carry out-repair work.

Remedy
Press the POWER switch to turn the power on,
then press the OPEN/CLOSE button.
Clean the disc.
Correct the warp.
Place the disc in a protective envelope and
place it between two flat sheets such as glass
sheets, then place a heavy item on top for one
day. Sometime the warp can be corrected.

Take the disc out for 1-2 hours, then use it
after the dew disappears.
Turn the TV monitor on .
Connect it properly (plug it in completely) .
See amplifier's operating instructions .
