Falls Ihr Arzt festgestellt hat, dass eines Ihrer Handgelenke schlecht durchblutet ist, verwenden Sie das andere. 2. Rollen oder schieben Sie den Ärmel hoch, um die Manschette auf nackter Haut anzulegen. 3.

Die Weltgesundheitsorganisation (WHO) und die internationale Gesellschaft für Bluthochdruck (ISH) haben 1999 folgende Einteilung veröffentlicht: ACHTUNG Nur ein Arzt kann Sie über Ihre normalen Blutdruckwerte informieren. Bitte beraten Sie sich mit einem Arzt, wenn ihre Messwerte außerhalb des Normalbereichs liegen.
