Type of fault
BiEasy App does not connect
to the BiEasy Box.
After the programming,
another icon is displayed than
anticipated.
On repeated activation of the
P key, all receivers stop and
are no longer in learning
mode.
The status display on the stick
will not light up, the keys
will not react.
Devices / radio receivers are
missing in the BiEasy App.
The receiver cannot be
programmed.

Remedy
Use your iPhone or iPad to
select the WLAN of your router
in which the BiEasy Box is
plugged.
In the app, you can simply
change the icon via "Configure"
and tapping on the icon.
Program the receivers which
move. The restart the learning
procedure via the P key.
The stick has no battery, it must
always be connected to a
power supply. Use the enclosed
USB extension cable.
Program the devices / radio
receivers via the BiEasy Stick.
Then plug the BiEasy Stick into
the BiEasy Box.
Establish a power supply for

the receiver.
For programming, reduce
•
the spacing between the
BiEasy Stick and the
receiver.
Although the receiver is
•
moving, it cannot be
programmed. This receiver
cannot be operated with the
BiEasy App.
