    Each Profibus instrument gets an unambiguous ident number (ID number) from the Profibus user organisation (PNO). This ID number is also included in the name of the GSD file. For VEGACAL 62 the ID number is 0x076E(hex) and the GSD file CL__076E.GSD. Optionally to this manufacturer- specific GSD file, PNO provides also a general so-called profile-specific GSD file.
