Alarm description tables

Tables
presented in alphabetical order by domain, and the alarms within a table are in
alphabetical order. A number in parentheses beside an alarm Type or Probable cause
attribute indicates the alarm or cause type. For example, "Type: configurationAlarm
(11)" indicates that the alarm is a configuration alarm, and the numeric identifier for
this type of alarm is 11.
