ASSEMBLY

Assembly requires two persons. Place the treadmill in a cleared area and remove all packing materials. Do not
dispose of the packing materials until the treadmill is assembled.
Note: The underside of the treadmill walking belt is coated with high-performance lubricant. During shipping, a
small amount of lubricant may be transferred to the top of the walking belt, the sides of the walking platform, or
the shipping carton. This does not affect treadmill performance. If there is lubricant on top of the walking belt or
on the sides of the walking platform, wipe off the lubricant with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
Assembly requires the included allen wrench
rubber mallet
For help identifying the assembly hardware, see the drawings below. If a part is not in the parts bags, first
check to see if it has been preassembled.

Hold the Right Upright (69) against the right side of the
Base (49), with the bracket on the side shown. Hand
tighten two Upright Bolts (28) with two 3/8" Star Washers
(15) into the Base and the Right Upright; be careful not
to damage the Wire Harness (98). Do not tighten the
Upright Bolts yet.
With the help of a second person, carefully tip the tread-
mill onto its other side. Attach the Left Upright (64) as
