In addition to ODU and PoE power supply kits, standard installations require the
components listed in

Outdoor drop cable
CAUTION
Always use Cat5e cable that is gel-filled
and shielded with copper-plated steel.
Alternative types of drop cable are not
supported by Motorola.
RJ45 connectors
NOTE
The specified connectors, crimp tool and
die set are specific to Superior Essex
BBDGe cable (they may not work with
other types of cable).

For hoisting the drop cable up to the ODU
without damaging the gland or RJ45 plug.
