Number of bits allocated to store data for parameter n: 32 = 20 bit data per
parameter plus 12 bits of padding.
Lin/Log parameter calibration. This value is always "0,0" and it means linear.
Name of parameter n, for example: Manufacturer assigned name, that is: SS-A,
FL2-H, FL3-W.
Channel resolution of parameter n: 1048576 = 20 bit parameters.
Compensation matrix. The matrix is size is specified in the first value of the
keyword. The following values indicate the index of each of the parameters listed
in the matrix.
The actual values in the matrix (Sij) are floating point numbers that indicate the
ratio of the amount of signal in the "j" channel to the amount of signal in the "i"
channel for particles carrying only the "i" parameter dye.
Only parameters associated with fluorescence detectors are present in this
compensation matrix.
NOTE
This keyword is not part of the FCS 3.0 standard. It has been included
based on a pre release version of the FCS 3.1; its implementation does not
match the released version of the FCS 3.1 standard.
Total number of events acquired.
Barcode read from the sample loader or "NoRead" if nothing is read.
Blue laser power at end of acquisition.
