CASTING INSTALL
Slide casting onto the stanchion

assembly. Only slide the casting down
about halfway at this point. Take care
that the seals do not get folded over on
installation.
Insert 15cc's (15ml) of semi-bath into

each casting leg. Once the semi-bath is
in the legs slide the casting the rest of
the way onto the stanchion assembly.
Using an 8mm hex wrench tighten the

rebound damper rod and air spring
assembly to 35–40in lbs [3.95–4.5 Nm]
by turning them counter-clockwise. Do
not overtighten, doing so can damage
the end of the rods.
